libgcj15-dbg software package provides Debugging symbols for libraries provided in libgcj15-dev, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgcj15-dbg
libgcj15-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgcj15-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgcj15-dbg *
You will get with libgcj15-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
